Correction Enterprises is pleased to be the contract provider of prescription safety eyewear through the North Carolina Division of Purchase and Contract. Contract 345B is for Prescription Safety Eyewear. A wide selection of frames and other options are available. Enterprises is partnered with Optometric Eye Care Centers to provide and service the eyewear. To order presciption safety eyeglasses, please print & fill out the order form.
Getting Started
- Get your prescription from your doctor.
- Fill out the Account Application.
- Fill out the Prescription Safety Eyeglasses order form.
- Make an appointment by calling Correction Enterprises.
Appointments must be made for eyeglass orders to be taken. Please call Angi Swartzendruber at (919) 716-3605 in order to make your appointment.
